The Campaign Registry along with several mobile operators have enforced registration with 10DLC starting February 4 so February 3 would have been the last day to send unregistered traffic through SMS.
We've been alerting our customers through different means about this change in the industry regulation since November 2023 through different means including emails and portal banners.
This was not a decision taken by Telnyx, this is an industry wide change that has taken effect since February 4th. How can you register your traffic?
