T Mobile Special Business Review

As of September 2023, T-Mobile currently imposes a 200K per day message cap on every 10DLC Brand sending Messaging traffic to its customers.

To exceed this threshold you must successfully pass a Special Business Review.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

  1. A Vetted (not only Verified) 10DLC Brand. Your Brand must have been Vetted by a third party that the TCR endorses. You can do this via the Portal or Telnyx API.
  2. 10DLC Brand Traffic that is likely to exceed 200K messages per day on a regular basis.
  3. A Primary Use Case
  4. A Secondary Use Case

FEES & TIMELINES:

  1. The expected turnaround time is 2-3 months (as of September 2023)

  2. A willingness to pay necessary fees.

    1. As of September 2023, there were no fees, however...
    2. In the past there was a $5000 Review Fee charged by T-Mobile [which is on hold until further notice]
